Perianal Fistula due to Retroperitoneal Duodenal Rupture

|
Retroperitoneal duodenal rupture complicated with perianal fistula about 40 days after the blunt abdominal trauma was successfully treated with duodenostoriy and feeding jejunostomy at. S.N. U.H.
Retroperitoneal rupture of duodenum is caused by blunt abdominal trauma. Because its symptoms and signs are nonspecific and may be delayed, early diagnosis is difficult .and is sometimes missed , even with exploratory laparotomy. Of its complications, perianal fistula formation could not be found in the available literatures by the authors.
